Queen Alia International Airport, your gateway to the Levant

First inaugurated in 1983 and located 35 kilometers from the heart of Amman, Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) is the largest and primary international gateway to Jordan. It provides comprehensive passenger, air cargo, and aviation support services across an extensive 19 million square meter area. The airport's transformation was significantly advanced with the inauguration of its re-designed terminal in 2013. This modern facility, a testament to Jordan's vision, has progressively increased annual passenger capacity from an initial 3.5 million to 12 million. Ongoing development and management are led by Airport International Group (AIG), ensuring QAIA's continued evolution as a world-class aviation facility.
