Emirates, Dubai Airports and JCDecaux today announced the launch of the VIP Arrivals Digital Gate at DXB Terminal 3, an exclusive premium digital media gateway designed to engage Emirates First and Business Class passengers at the very moment they arrive in Dubai.

Strategically located within the dedicated Emirates Chauffeur Service area in Terminal 3 Arrivals, the VIP Arrivals Digital Gate introduces a striking new digital environment, combining two large-format landscape screens (12 sqm each) and two double-sided digital columns (4.8 sqm each) to deliver six high-impact digital faces in an elegant, uncluttered setting.

Designed for one of the world’s most affluent travelling audiences, the platform offers luxury and premium brands a unique opportunity to connect with high-value passengers at a decisive moment of the journey, just before they step into the city. Blending sophisticated design, premium visibility, and contextual relevance, the VIP Arrivals Digital Gate further reinforces DXB’s position as a global gateway for luxury travel while elevating the passenger arrival experience through impactful, carefully curated digital content.

The launch also reflects the strength of a strategic partnership between Emirates, Dubai Airports and JCDecaux Dicon, three industry leaders united by a shared ambition to continuously enhance the passenger journey through innovation, excellence and world-class infrastructure. Together, they are setting a new benchmark for premium airport media in the region by combining the power of the world’s leading airports, a flagship global airline and best-in-class digital out-of-home expertise.

Boutros Boutros, EVP Corporate Communications, Marketing and Brand, Emirates Group, commented: “Our First and Business Class customers expect a seamless and elevated experience from door to door. The VIP Arrivals Digital Gate brings a fresh dimension to our dedicated Chauffeur Service area, while offering selected brands a distinctive opportunity to reach a highly sought-after audience.”
