With a commercial offering commenced in May 2023, JCDecaux entered the Kuwaiti market with a unique advertising contract awarded by Jazeera Airways. The contract promises to transform the advertising landscape at Terminal 5 (T5), the home of Kuwait's leading low-cost air company, and enhance the passenger experience.

Inaugurated in 2018, T5 is the first terminal in the region owned, built, and operated by a private airline. Since its inception, Jazeera Airways experienced an exponential growth both in network and traffic. Within few years, it established 68 new routes and carried more than 10 million passengers, growing from a modest 1.8 in 2018 up to 3.6 million in 2022. Furthermore, the airline is planning to double its fleet and cover more than 80 cities by 2026 - a testament to Jazeera Airways' commitment to revolutionize the air travel market in Kuwait.

Today, Jazeera Airways is still ahead of the curve with air traffic set to reach an astonishing 4.8 million passengers this 2023.
